Setting a new standard of elegance and style all over again.
The Renaissance Dallas Hotel has long enjoyed its place as one of the most unique landmark buildings in Dallas. Now it's time to set a new standard for elegance and style with our world-class enhancements.
Our new guestrooms and hospitality suites are thoughtfully appointed with new luxurious bedding, stylish furnishings, residential bathroom vanities, 37 inch HDTVs with Connectivity Panels, along with in-room refrigerators, self locking safes, and wireless Internet access.
Beginning this spring 2009, Club Level and suite guests will have access to a new exclusive Club Lounge located on the 27th floor. Enjoy the décor and ambience in the modern yet comfortable setting with room to meet, work or socialize. Guests will be able to enjoy breakfast evening hors d’ oeuvres, and beverages.
The Renaissance of the Dallas Landmark hotel will continue through two additional phases, beginning with a dramatic rebirth of the dining and welcome experience schedules for completion in winter 2009. This phase will feature a redesign of the hotel’s sweeping lobby and the unveiling of a vibrant new open-kitchen restaurant in Dallas, Texas led by award-winning Executive Chef Frank Quant. A new rooftop oasis, including a beautiful garden and putting green will also provide a sweeping outdoor view of the Dallas skyline, creating a new evening energy center for visitors and locals alike.
The hotel's final renovation phase will increase and enhance its meeting capabilities, providing for a total 50,000 sq. ft. of upscale Dallas hotel meeting space. Additions will include a soaring, 16,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom with rotating glass panels that allow for outdoor access and alfresco cocktails. The contemporary new ballroom structure is designed to qualify for LEEDS silver status, signaling the hotel's consistent focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility throughout the renovation process. The Renaissance Dallas Hotel's current 17 meeting rooms and 19,000 sq. ft. of flexible function space will remain open throughout the construction.
With the total renovation set to be complete in 2010, we’re ready to make your next visit an unforgettable experience.
